Home Banking with Bill Pay

Access your account 24 hours a day!  Inquire on your balances, transfer funds between accounts, view a history of transactions, request a check, or make a credit union loan payments. You must register to have access to this system.  Bill Pay is an easy, secure way to pay your bills.  This is a free service.

Night Deposit

On the south side of our branch in Painesville, there is a Night Deposit slot.  Deposits and loan payments are received into a locked vault.  They are processed the following business day.

Direct Deposit

Save yourself time and hassle by having the money you normally receive by check sent directly to your credit union.  Electronic deposit of your pay, government check, or tax refund is easy, convenient, and safe.

To start direct deposit into your account, provide our ABA/Routing Number 241280980 and your account number to the sender.  If you have a checking account, use the account number on the bottom of your check.  You can still specify if you want the funds to be deposited into your savings or checking account.  If you do not have a checking account, use your member number and specify the funds to savings.

Automatic Transfers

Automatic transfers can help you save or repay a credit union loan.  You can set up transfers to add to your club accounts.  Call the credit union for more information.

Wire Transfers

Through L.C.E. Federal, you can wire funds to any institution that is capable of receiving the wired funds.  The member must provide us with the receiving institution’s specific wiring instructions.  The fee is $15 for outgoing wires (in the U.S.) and $40 for international wires. 

To wire funds from another financial institution to your L.C.E. Federal account, you must provide the following information:

            Corporate One Credit Union, Columbus, Ohio
            ABA/Routing Number:  244084264

            Further Credit:  L.C.E. Federal Credit Union, Painesville, Ohio
            ABA/Routing Number 241280980

            Final Credit:  Member Name and Account Number

There is a $10.00 Incoming Wire Fee

Discount Amusement Park Tickets    

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the credit union offers discount tickets to local amusement parks including Cedar Point, Waldameer Park and Pioneer Waterland.

Discount movie tickets are available for $8.00 for Atlas Cinemas.  (Some restrictions may apply when using the tickets, please inquire at the theater)

Every member is eligible to sign up for $1,000 of free Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage.  Additional coverage is also available at competitive group rates.  Credit Life and Credit Disability insurances are available on any loan you have with the credit union at an additional cost.

The MasterCard/Debit Card

This is a card that works like a credit card, but acts like a check.  Use it at merchants that accept MasterCard and the amount of the purchase will be deducted from your L.C.E. Federal Checking account.  The card can also be used as a debit card for purchases by using your pin number.  Any ATM’s displaying the STAR, MAC, PLUS, or MC logos can be used to access cash from your credit union savings or checking account with your pin number.  Be aware that if you use an ATM owned by another financial institution, there maybe an additional charge.

You may withdraw up to the maximum of $500 in one day from an ATM, if there are sufficient funds in your account.  You may make $1,000 in purchases daily.  Click here to apply

1-866-820-8796.  The lost card replacement fee is $5.00

MasterCard Secure Card puts you in control when shopping online. Only you can approve purchases using your private SecureCode™. Visit their website to register and see a list of participating sites.

The STAR/ATM Card

Star/ATM Cards are available for our members with only a savings account.  The card with a pin number allows withdrawals from any Star/MAC or Plus Network ATM.  Be aware that if you use an ATM owned by another financial institution, that institution may impose an additional charge.

LCE Federal Credit Union has a number of STAR ATM cash dispensers available to you. There is no charge to our members using an LCE Star Card or Mastercard/Debit card. These are cash dispensing machines only and they do not take deposits.

Money Orders
Members can purchase money orders for $1.50 each. 
*If your money order has been lost or stolen, please contact the Credit Union at (440) 357-2560.

Official Checks

Official checks are available through the credit union.  The fee is $2.00 if the check is payable to a third party.   These are guaranteed funds and stop payments are not allowed to be placed once these checks are issued.

Notary Public

Designated employees are able to notarize a member’s signature free of charge.  A driver’s license must be presented.  
We do not notorize for non-members.

Medallion Signature Guarantee

This is typically used in the transfer of securities.  Medallion signature guarantee service is available to members only, free of charge.  Please call ahead (440) 357-2560 for availability.

Safe Deposit boxes are available at the Painesville branch.  The sizes and yearly rental are as follows:

Our VISA Credit Card has a low fixed interest rate of 10.75% that applies to BOTH  purchases and cash advances.  As soon as you’re approved you can transfer your balances from your higher rate credit cards.  Our credit limits range from $100 to $10,000 depending on your annual income and credit standing.
