LCE Federal Credit Union Remote Deposit Capture Guidelines

Eligibility requirements:

1. Agree to Remote Deposit Capture Agreement
2. Be a member in good standing
3. Be a member for at least 6 months
4. No more than 2 NSF’s in the last 6 months

Transaction limits:

1. Maximum Dollar Amount per item is $2,000
2. Maximum Dollar Amount per month is $5,000

Eligible Items:

1. Checks made payable to the account owner or joint owners that have been properly endorsed with "For Mobile Deposit Only LCEFCU Account # ____" and the owner's signature.

Ineligible Items:

1. No foreign checks (US Currency Only)
2. Items payable to another person
3. Items previously returned NSF or converted to a Substitute Check
4. Items that have been altered in any way
5. Items that are missing processing information
6. Savings bonds/Treasury Tax & Loan payments
7. Rebate Checks
8. Items that are postdated or more than six months old
9. Money Orders or Travelers Checks
10. An item written from your account at the Credit Union

Cutoff time for submitting deposits is 4:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday)

Funds may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Our policy is to make funds from your check deposit available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Deposits made before 4:00 PM EST on a business day, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. Deposits made after 4:00 PM EST or on a non-business day, we will consider to be made on the next business day.
